As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. In order to keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.
We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you decide to return a product you purchased from us, or replace it with another, you can do so.

Include in the package:
1. proof of purchase - it is necessary to return or replace the goods.
Remember that the conditions for a return or exchange are:
1. Perfect condition of the product, with no signs of use. If the product has been used, it is not returnable
2. The return may be made within a maximum of 10 working days from its receipt
3. We transfer the money for the ordered goods to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
4. In the case of goods exchange:
If the amount is consistent with the first order, you do not need to pay anything extra, we will send the replaced goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If there is a difference in the amount, we will send back the goods after the payment has been credited.
If the amount of the replaced goods is lower than the original, we will transfer the money to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We do not accept packages sent at our expense - in the case of returns, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
